How to Order
As a small craft studio we do not yet have a full online shop. We do however offer a very efficient and personalised mail-order service. Please feel free to email or phone with any type of enquiry or order. If you happen to get the answer machine, please leave a message and we will be pleased to call back. We are always happy to talk wax!
Alternatively, if you have decided upon your order please email rob@thewaxstudio.com. On receipt of your email order we will send you an order confirmation reply which will allow you to pay securely by credit card via Paypal. Alternatively payment by cheque is also welcome, made out to 'The Wax Studio' and posted to the address below.
When placing an order please state clearly the product name(s) and quantity required, and assure that we have your delivery address. Please provide a contact phone number or email address so that we can contact you if necessary.

Service
You will normally receive your candles within 3 working days of placing your order. If you require delivery by a certain date, please let us know when placing your order and we will endeavour to meet your requiresments. Please contact us for enquiries concerning commissions.
